Step 1. Click on the "Download" button.

Step 2. Select the version of your OS, 1 way: read the name and click on the "Download" button 2 way: look at the pictures on the side, and if it matches the logo of your OS, then click on the "Download" button. 

Step 3. After your browser downloads the archive, then unzip it to any location, and optionally make a shortcut on the desktop.

If you have an Android OS: Do everything that is written above, then click in the warning that the APK has been installed, then install according to the instructions for installing the APK of your phone.
